Registration Instructions

In order to meet mandatory prepaid expenses that require reservations and deposits to secure facilities, we are requesting that you complete the registration in full by May 1, 2026.

  1. Visit the RSVP page to fill out the registration form.
  2. Complete all required fields, including the names and number of family members attending.
  3. After submitting your RSVP, you will receive a confirmation.

Reunion Fees

The reunion fees help cover the costs associated with venue rental, meals, activities, and other reunion-related expenses. Details about the reunion fees are available on the Pricing page.

Host Hotel

We have secured a block of 20 rooms at a discounted rate at the host hotel, Hilton Charlotte University Place. The discounted rooms will be first come first serve. You can find detailed information, including address, contact number and a link to the hotel website on the Accommodations page.

Please make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability and to receive the special group rate. Don't forget to mention the "Jenkins Family Reunion" when booking.
