Reunion Fees

Based on our total expenses and expected attendance, the reunion fees is as follows:

💵Payment Deadlines

Payment Plan: 1st Deposit Due by: March 1, 2026

  • Adult Deposit: $50 per adult
  • Child Deposit: $25 per child
    (See payment plan details below)

To Pay In Full:

  • Adults (13 and Up): $160
  • Children (6-12): $75

T-Shirt Sales

Note: A t-shirt will be included for all adults and children ages 6-12 that register. For children 5 and under T-shirts will need to be purchased separately. You can also purchase extra T-shirts if you like.

  • Child 5 and under: $10.00
  • Child 6-12: $10:00
  • Adults & Children13 and up: $15.00

 

💵All Payments:

  • Due by: June 1, 2026

    Any payments that are made after this date, the hotel will treat as a special order for the Reunion and the cost will increase to the following: 

  • $175 per adult (13 & up)

  • $90 per child (6-12)

🧾Payment Schedule Details

Reunion fees may be paid in full or over time. If you select to pay over time, the payment schedule is as follows:

Payment Plan 

1st payment of $50 per adult due March 1, 2026

1st payment of $25 per child due March 1, 2026

2nd payment of $50 per adult due by April 30, 2026

2nd payment of $25 per child due by April 30, 2026

3rd and final payment of $60 per adult due by June 1, 2026

3rd and final payment of $25 per child due by June 1, 2026

 

Full Payment

Full payments are encouraged to meet mandatory prepaid expenses that require reservations and deposits to secure facilities.

 

All Payments must be paid by June 1, 2026.  See refund and cancellation policy below.

 

 

 

Refund and Cancellation

  • Event space rental
  • Food for scheduled events
  • Park rental for the family picnic
  • Supplies and shared amenities

💡Reserve Fund

To protect the reunion from unexpected costs, a small reserve fund is built into the pricing to be used for: 

  • Unexpected venue or food cost increases
  • Additional supplies or last-minute needs
  • Weather-related adjustments for the picnic

🔑Refund and Cancellation Policy

💵Refund

  • Deposits are non-refundable after 30 days due to vendor commitments. Prior to 30 days a deposit will be refunded minus a 20% admin fee.
  • Full payments are non-refundable after 30 days due to vendor commitments. Prior to 30 days a deposit will be refunded minus 25% admin fee.

🛑Cancellations

  • If a replacement attendee fills your spot, a full refund may be issued minus any non-recoverable costs.
